Kumazawa Brewing in Chigasaki is the only sake brewery in Shonan, a short trip along the coast from Enoshima and Kamakura. Its restaurants are open to the public, and short brewery visits can be arranged with a restaurant booking made two weeks ahead. Kamakura Waka An sells a two-hour tour of the brewery with sake and craft-beer tasting.
Odakyu Railway runs private taxi courses from Ebina and Hon-Atsugi stations, about 60 minutes from Shinjuku, visiting two to four Kanagawa breweries; the vehicle price excludes tastings.
Kumazawa Brewing in Chigasaki is the closest; it is on the Shonan coast, but you need a reservation to see the brewery.
